Eligibility & Age Restriction

Account Registration

One Account Per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the acv77 Platform at any time. If a Player is found to hold multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — acv77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or winnings, and retain any deposited funds in accordance with our anti-fraud policy.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on acv77 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:
4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Refused Transactions
acv77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable law. In such cases, acv77 may freeze the account pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.
Bonuses & Promotions
acv77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
- Wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and minimum odds applicable to each promotion are stated in the specific promotion terms published alongside each offer.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the acv77 Platform, you agree to at all times comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. In particular, you agree that you will NOT engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your acv77 account; initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving the benefit of Services.
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one acv77 account for any purpose, including to circumvent a self-exclusion, claim multiple bonuses, or conceal identity.

You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by acv77 into suspected prohibited conduct, including providing additional identity documents, transaction records, or other information reasonably requested within the timeframe specified.
Intellectual Property
All content on the acv77 Platform — including but not limited to the acv77 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game content, audio-visual materials, data compilations, and any other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of acv77 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not grant you any right to:

Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may close your acv77 account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. 8.2 Suspension or Closure by acv77

- The Player has registered a self-exclusion request and acv77 is fulfilling that request.
Where an account is closed by acv77 due to verified Terms & Conditions violations — including fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse — acv77 reserves the right to withhold any or all funds held in the account. In all other cases of closure initiated by acv77 without cause attributable to the Player, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.
8.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. acv77 will notify the Player by email prior to applying a dormancy designation. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per calendar month, deducted from the account balance, after a further thirty (30) day notice period has elapsed without a response. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support at [email protected].
Additional Terms
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, acv77 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, and whether or not acv77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. acv77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the internal policies of acv77. acv77 operates as a platform serving players in Bangladesh and makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or legal in any other jurisdiction.
